Abstract:In this paper, we systematically optimized the p‐type layers thickness and sidewall inclined angle of flip‐chip AlGaN‐based deep ultraviolet Micro‐LEDs using finite difference time‐domain (FDTD) method, aiming to maximize light extraction efficiency (LEE).
