P‐34: New P‐type Gate Driver Circuit with Simultaneous and Progressive Output Waveforms in One Frame for AMOLED Displays of Simultaneous Emission Driving Method

Abstract

This work proposes a new LTPS gate driver circuit that can generate output waveforms for a simultaneous emission driving method. Simulation shows that the effect leakage current and the variations of threshold voltage are prevented successfully. Thus, the proposed circuit is applicable for AMOLED displays with the SE driving method.
