P‐84: Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamps with MgO‐Coated Electrode

Abstract: Cold cathode fluorescent lamps (CCFLs) adopting MgO‐Coated Electrode are investigated to be a high performance with respect to the reduction of lamp voltage and ignition voltage, the increase of luminance and efficiency, and the reduction of heat‐generation at the electrode in comparison with the conventional CCFLs.
