P‐85: A New Method for Color Mura Quantification

Abstract: In this paper, we described a method for color Mura quantification on display devices. We developed this method based on photographing and image processing. The process consists of extraction of background image, CIEDE2000, position weighting and fitting with logistic function. Eventually, we obtained high correlation to human perception.
