Abstract:Background
Right-sided infective endocarditis (IE) ( 5-10% of all IE cases)is the most frequently observed in intravenous drug abusers (IVDA) with tricuspid valve as the most predominant site. Isolated pulmonary valve IE is an extremely rare entity in adults.
