Abstract: Background N7-methylguanosine (m7G) modification is, a more common epigenetic modification in addition to m6A modification, mainly found in mRNA capsids, mRNA interiors, transfer RNA (tRNA), pri-miRNA, and ribosomal RNA (rRNA).
