Packaging, storage and value addition of aonla, an underutilized fruit, in India

Abstract: -The product. Aonla (Emblica officinalis Geartn), the king of arid fruits, popularly known as "Indian gooseberry", is a small-sized minor subtropical fruit grown widely in North India.
