Paget-type Recurrence 10 Years after Breast-conserving Therapy for Breast Cancer

Abstract: 2)We report a case of Paget-type recurrence 10 years after breast-conserving therapy. The patient was a 51-year-old woman who, at first surgery, had undergone quadrantectomy and axillary dissection with radiotherapy for non-invasive ductal carcinoma of the left breast. An erythematous lesion appeared in the ipsilateral nipple-areolar region 10 years after the first surgery.
