Abstract: AnswerBizarre parosteal osteochondromatous proliferation (Nora lesion) of the metacarpal. DiscussionRadiograph (Fig. 1) and CT ( Fig. 2) images show a wellcorticated osseous lesion originating from the dorsomedial surface of the second metacarpal neck.
