Pancreatic carcinoma that completely obstructs the Wirsung duct without dilatation of the main pancreatic duct

Abstract: Background and Aim: Pancreatic carcinomas in which the main pancreatic duct (MPD) is completely obstructed are almost always associated with dilatation of the upstream MPD.
