Abstract:Panfacial trauma is one of the most common cause of death among young people (under 40 years of age). Facial injury patients may be associated with other body injuries also which leads to poor prognosis [6]. When facial fractures simultaneously involve the the upper 1/3rd, middle 1/3rd and lower 1/3rd; its known as "panfacial fracture" [3].
