Paper No 15.3: Large High‐Definition Multiview Display System With Wide Observation Area

Abstract: We have developed a large high-definition multiview projection display using a novel double-sided lenticular lens, Fresnel lens and multiple projectors. By forming the magnified images of iris planes of the projectors side-by-side in space, we realized high luminance uniformity, wide observation area, while keeping crosstalk of the image to a minimum.
