Abstract: Branchial cleft cysts are congenital anomalies that form during fetal development and originate from the second branchial cleft. They typically manifest as painless masses on the side of the neck and can become symptomatic when infected. These cysts can create a cavity that may foster infection and, in rare instances, facilitate the spread of primary tumors.
