Parameter Identification of Model for Piezoelectric Actuators

Abstract: Piezoelectric actuators are widely used in high-precision positioning systems. The nonlinear characteristics of piezoelectric actuators, such as multi-valued mapping and frequency-dependent hysteresis, severely limit the advancement of the positioning system’s accuracy.
