Abstract:Based on unique morphological features and phylogenetic analysis of combined LSU and ITS sequences, Paramirandina guttulata is established as the third species in Paramirandina, along with P. aquatica and P. cymbiformis. All three species of Paramirandina were reported from freshwater habitats in China.
