Abstract:A 36-kDa antigen of axenically grown pathogenic Entamoeba histolytica (HM1-IMSS) was eluted from the sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE)-resolved crude amoebic extract antigens.
