Abstract: Bladder cancer (BC) is a common genitourinary malignancy among the advanced age population. BC with non-metastatic muscle-invasive diseases requires neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by radical cystectomy or bladder-sparing approach with systemic chemotherapy plus definitive radiation therapy.
