“…Assuming that the GB zwitterion is a sphere with a radius of 0.34 nm, Shikata 15 has derived a rough estimate of 31 as the number of water molecules within 0.30 nm from the sphere surface of GB. The radius of 0.34 nm is justified by the following calculation: from the partial molar volume of 98.43 cm 3 /mol (at infinite dilution of GB, 25 °C), 42 one finds that the sphere radius is 0.339 nm. Fornili's group has obtained an average number of the first-shell water molecules as 24.5 19 or 23.2 20 from their hybrid quantummechanics/molecular-mechanics (QM/MM) molecular dy- namics (MD) simulations.…”

“…The value of dB/dT is an extent of activation energy essential for the viscous flow in solution. The measurement of dB/dT is indicative towards the structure making or structure breaking ability than sign or magnitude of the Bcoefficient [43][44][45]. Viscosity B-coefficients of L-Asparagine solutions along with dB/dT values in different concentrations of the ILs, BTMAC and BTEAC at (298.15, 303.15 and 308.15) K and pressure at 1.013barare given in Table 15 and Table 16, respectively.…”

“…The value of dB/dT is a measure of activation energy required for the viscous flow in solution. This is the reason, why the measure of dB/dT is indicative towards the structure making or structure breaking ability than sign or magnitude of the B-coefficient [39][40][41] . Viscosity B-coefficients of L-Aspartic acid and L-Glutamic acid solutions along with dB/dT values in different concentrations of IL at (293, 303 and 313) K are given in Table 11(a) and Table 11(b), respectively.…”
