Participation Customer on E-Commerce: Relationship Perceived Risk, Security, Trust, and Consumer Protection

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of risk perception, security, and trust on e-commerce customer participation in Indonesia. This research also wants to know whether with the role of state law in Indonesia, through Consumer Protection Act (CPA), able to moderate risk perception and trust to e-commerce customer participation.
