Participation in a Yoga Study Decreases Stress and Depression Scores for Incarcerated Women

Abstract: Incarcerated individuals exhibit a high incidence of stress-related disorders, including addiction and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), as well as the added stress of captivity.
