Passive films, surface structure and stress corrosion and crevice corrosion susceptibility

Abstract: A feasibility study was made to determine if qualitative ellipsometry can be used together with electrochemical pH and potential measurements as a technique for the study of metal substrates protected by transparent organic coatings.
