Pathobiome driven gut inflammation in Pakistani children with Environmental Enteric Dysfunction

Abstract: Environmental Enteric Dysfunction (EED) is an acquired small intestinal inflammatory condition underlying high rates of stunting in children <5 years of age in low- and middle-income countries.
