Abstract:Acute confusional migraine (ACM) is a rare type of migraine variant. It is primary seen in adolescent with migraine history. The specific symptom is an acute confusional mental change after acute onset headache. Symptoms include decreased alertness, disorientation, speech disturbance, agitation, difficulty in recognizing family and familiar locations, and amnesia.
