Nanoimprinting of PEDOT:PSS can indeed increase the device efficiency up to 90 % compared to flat devices [97], but because of its sensitivity to high pressure and temperature [98,99], soft mold (e.g., PDMS [97,100,101] and PUA [102]), and low temperature and pressure processes must be employed (Table 1).
