Pemanfaatan Kulit Melon Menjadi Selai

Abstract: Abstrak Penelitian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas selai kulit melon yang dilihat dari aspek warna, rasa, dan konsistensi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode observasi dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa lembar uji organoleptik dengan 3 tingkatan yaitu baik, cukup, dan kurang.
