Penerapan Viewboard Rooster Berbasis Bootstrap Sebagai Penunjang Pelayanan iDuhelp! Pada Perguruan Tinggi

 Perguruan Tinggi Raharja is one of the educational institutions located in Tangerang focused on IT (Information and Technology) in every department. At this time Perguruan Tinggi Raharja continue to improve the quality of its services, especially in terms of information services for every student at the Perguruan Tinggi Raharja. One of the information services currently applied to Perguruan Tinggi Raharja is Role Online System Ticketing (ROOSTER) which has an important role in terms of information services. The way of service delivery with ROOSTER is by using a ticket that will be given to the relevant parties that handle certain parts, where the relevant parties will provide accurate information in the service iDuhelp!. In the viewboard ROOSTER system is now designed well enough, but still has some drawbacks one of them is the data displayed in the viewboard ROOSTER sometimes not in accordance with existing data in the system ROOSTER itself. This certainly makes the customer or admin can not see the ROOSTER ticket status that has been made accurately because of less updates. Likewise with superiors or leaders difficult to check the performance of staff ROOSTER. Therefore this study aims to develop the Viewboard ROOSTER system. System analysis method in this study using SWOT analysis. The results of this study obtained for Viewboard on ROOSTER system can be an informative Viewboard so as to provide an accurate, precise, and reliable information.
