Abstract:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Cafe Pelangi. Dari 50 responden yang mengisi kuesioner, hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa penerapan CRM dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.
