Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik, Motivasi Kerja Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pt. Dharma Lautan Utama Surabaya

Abstract: Pengkajian ini dilakukan di PT. Dharma Lautan Utama Surabaya dengan tujuan ingin mengetahui pengaruh variabel lingkungan kerja fisik, motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah kuantitatif dimana sampel yang dipakai sebanyak 154 karyawan.
