Abstract: Stereocomplexation in peptides and proteins is a fascinating phenomenon arising from their inherent stereoisomerism. Peptides and proteins, with their three-dimensional helical structures, exhibit stereoselectivity and form intertwined complexes when complementary left-and right-handed structures are mixed together.
