Peptide barcodes in dogs with pulmonary hypertension secondary to mitral valve disease using MALDI-TOF MS and LC-MS/MS

Abstract: Background Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is an important complication in dogs with cardiorespiratory diseases. The most common underlying disease of PH has been described to be mitral valve disease (MVD), which is the most frequent acquired heart disease found in dogs.
