Peptide Binding Glucose Regulated Protein 78 Improves Type 1 Diabetes by Preventing Pancreatic β Cell Apoptosis

Abstract: We demonstrate that administration of the peptide ADoPep to diabetic mice improved type 1 diabetes by preventing pancreatic β cell apoptosis.
