Peran Involvement Sebagai Variabel Pemoderasi Model Loyalitas Pelanggan

Abstract: This research aims to identify the role of involvement as a moderating variable in the model of customer loyality. The population in this study is the Xiaomi smartphone users in Yogyakarta.
