Organizations consist of individuals who have different characters so that they can trigger a conflict that will interfere with the effectiveness of individuals in doing their jobs, therefore it is necessary to have a conflict management style that is used in dealing with conflict. This study aims to determine the correlation of conflict management styles (integration, willingness to help, dominating, avoiding, compromising) to the performance of the management of the department's student association. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive-correlational design. The population of this study were all administrators of the student association majoring in PGMI UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung with overall sampling of 48 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Research data analysis using descriptive analysis techniques Pearson Product Moment correlation. The results showed that there was a positive and significant correlation in the conflict management style of integration and willingness to help on the performance of the management board of the PGMI student association (HMJ) PGMI UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, for the conflict management style dominating and avoiding showed that there was no positive correlation to the performance of the management board of the student association, while the compromise conflict management style showed a positive but insignificant correlation.

The Department of Student Association (HMJ) is a student organization at the department level in a university which is an extracurricular activity. HMTI or Informatics Engineering Student Association is one of the HMJ at the Politeknik Negeri Cilacap (PNC). HMTI certainly has a vision and mission, therefore, in order to realize the vision and mission, candidates for management are needed according to the expected criteria. The criteria for determining the decision making of HMTI management include organizational experience, psychology, public speaking, self[1]confidence, having a warning letter (SP) and IPK. This problem was overcome by making a Decision Support System for the recruitment of HMTI management using the weighted product method. This system makes it easy for HMTI coaches and administrators to determine the candidate for the board. Decision Support System (DSS) is an application of information systems aimed at assisting leaders in the decision-making process. This study resulted in recommendations for prospective HMTI PNC administrators who through optimization of the weighted product method with various criteria used had the highest value, so that they became a reference for HMTI supervisors and administrators to choose candidates for the following year

Pemanfaatan E-study dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di Politeknik STIA LAN Bandung menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Hal ini dapat tercapai karena mahasiswa/i mendapatkan kesempatan untuk berinteraksi, baik dengan dosen maupun teman sekelas secara fleksibel, serta dapat mengeksplorasi materi kuliah secara lebih luas. Mahasiswa/i dapat melakukan pembelajaran dengan dosen melalui e-study secara tekstual maupun visual. Metode pembelajaran dapat dipilih secara sinkron ataupun asinkron. Fitur yang tersedia juga cukup beragam, mulai dari fitur untuk menyajikan materi, melakukan diskusi, memberikan tugas, kuis, sampai pada penyelenggaraan ujian khususnya UTS dan UAS. Melalui e-study, Mahasiswa/i dapat belajar meskipun ia tidak hadir di kelas secara fisik. Penelitian ini akan mengelaborasi pemanfaatan e-study sebagai media pembelajaran jarak jauh yang digunakan di Politeknik STIA LAN Bandung selama 3 Tahun terakhir.
