Abstract: Background: Many health care organizations have placed talent management on their agendas because they believe it is essential to achieving organizational excellence and increasing employee satisfaction in order to meet organizational goals. Aim of this research:To assess first line nursing managers' perception about talent management. Research design: A descriptive correlational design was utilized in the current research.
