Performance Evaluation of Wind Power Plants in Balıkesir Province Based on ENTROPI with MAUT Method

Abstract

Rüzgar enerjisi, en hızlı büyüyen yenilenebilir enerji teknolojilerindendir. Maliyetlerin düşmesi ve kapasite faktörünün artması ile birlikte dünya çapında kullanımı da yaygınlaşmaktadır. Bulunduğu konum ve iklim koşulları açısından ülkemizin sahip olduğu rüzgar enerjisi potansiyeli birçok ülkeye göre çok daha avantajlı durumdadır. 
 Bu çalışmada Balıkesir ilinde bulunan rüzgâr enerjisi santrallerinin (RES) performansları, ekonomik, coğrafi ve çevresel faktörler dikkate alınarak matematiksel açıdan çok kriterli karar verme teknikleri olan ENTROPİ ve MAUT yöntemleri kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında kullanılan her bir kriter ENTROPİ yöntemi ile ağırlıklandırılmış ve MAUT yöntemi kullanılarak da performans sıralaması yapılmıştır. Kriterlerin sayısal değeri için Rüzgâr Enerji Potansiyel Atlası (REPA) ile Google Earth'den yararlanılmıştır. Balıkesir ilinde faaliyet gösteren 19 adet Rüzgar Enerjisi Santralleri (RES) değerlendirmesi sonucunda performans üzerinde en büyük önem derecesine sahip kriter olarak “Trafo Merkezlerine Uzaklık” bulunurken en düşük öneme sahip kriter ise “Rüzgâr Hızı” çıkmıştır. Tüm ağırlıklandırılmış kriterler dikkate alınarak yapılan sıralamada Poyraz RES ilk sırada yer alırken sırasıyla ikinci ve üçüncü sırada “Şah Rüzgâr Santrali” ve “Bandırma Kurşunlu RES” yer almıştır.
