Performance of quantum dot nanobeads-based immunoassay in diagnosis of toxoplasmosis

Abstract: Background: Diagnosis of toxoplasmosis relies mainly on determination of IgG and IgM using ELISA. However, inter-laboratory evaluation of performance of many commercial kits gave unsatisfactory agreements.
