Performance of Some Faba bean Genotypes for Tolerance to the Infestation of Broomrape (Orobanche crenata) Weed

Abstract: A field experiment was conducted at the Agricultural Research Farm at Al-Kawthar site, Faculty of Agriculture, Sohag University, Egypt, during the 2018/19 season, to evaluate 10 faba bean genotypes as well as their morphological and anatomical root traits to determine the genotype that is the most tolerant of Orobanche infection under naturally infested soil conditions.Randomized complete blocks design (RCBD) in a plots arrangement with three replicates was used.
