Perfusion and diffusion-weighted imaging parameters: Comparison between pre- and postbiopsy MRI for high-grade glioma

Abstract: We aimed to evaluate the differences in dynamic susceptibility contrast (DSC)- magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) parameters between the pre- and postbiopsy MRI obtained before treatment in patients with diffuse midline glioma, H3K27-altered.
