Pericardial Effusion: A Novel Presentation of Aplastic Anemia

Abstract: Pericardial effusion is defined as the accumulation of fluid between the visceral and parietal pericardium. The underlying etiology varies as any pathology that causes pericarditis or involves the pericardium can cause effusion.
