Pericardial Synovial Sarcoma presenting with Cardiac Tamponade

Abstract: Pericardial synovial sarcomas are very rare and usually associated with poor prognosis if not diagnosed and treated early. It usually presents with symptoms of a massive pericardial effusion and signs of cardiac tamponade and failure.
