Perioperative spirometric data following ambulatory anaesthesia in elderly patients: Comparison of desflurane versus sevoflurane anaesthesia

Abstract: 22Ambulatory anaesthesia sevoflurane (r2=0.01, p=0.63) group. Multivariate analysis (Stata 9.0), including patient gender, age, MAC hours and opioid administration, revealed that only desflurane correlated positively with faster recovery of AWR (p<0.001).
