Perioptic cerebro-spinal fluid transudation: case report of an unusual finding of optic hydrops in idiopathic intracranial hypertension

Abstract: Background Idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) has well-described imaging findings, typically reversible with the adequate treatment.
