Abstract:Genus Ranavirus in family Iridoviridae is composed of large members with various genomic sizes and viral gene contents, infecting a variety of ectothermic vertebrates including reptile, amphibians and bony fish worldwide. Mandarinfish ranavirus (MRV) is a very distinctive member among genus Ranavirus.
