Abstract

Female carriers for choroideremia may manifest a variety of phenotypes from mild-to-severe. Peripheral optical coherence tomography may reveal diffuse ellipsoid zone band disruption, which may be more extensive than apparent on fundus autofluorescence or clinical examination alone.
