Peroneal Tenodesis With the Use of Tendoscopy: Surgical Technique and Report of 1 Case

Abstract: Peroneus brevis tendon injury is the most common lesion of the peroneal tendons. The initial treatment is conservative, and surgical treatment is indicated if conservative treatment fails. It is often necessary to open the entire upper and lower retinaculum to obtain adequate visualization of the structures.
