Abstract: Purpose: Refractory bladder neck contracture (BNC) following transurethral prostatectomy is rare and difficult to manage. Success rate of endoscopic treatment decline considerably after repeated treatments. Bladder neck reconstruction are often the last resort to treat refractory BNC failing endoscopic treatments.
