Person Organization Fit, Organizational Commitment and Knowledge Sharing Attitude–An Analytical Study

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship among Person Organization Fit (POF), Organizational Commitment (OC) and Knowledge Sharing Attitude (KSA).
