Scalloped spiny lobster (Panulirus homarus) is a commodity due to its high economic value, and it increases the exploitation of lobster. This increase needs to be balanced with good cultivation, which one is feed. Currently, the main feed given by the cultivators still depend on trash fish. The purpose of this study was to increase formulated diets with different protein on feed consumption, feed conversion ratio, feed efficiency and nutrient retention. This study was conducted using Completely Randomized Design with 5 treatments and 4 replications, namely P0 : trash fish (control), P1 : protein feed 30 %, P2 : protein feed 40 %, P3 : protein feed 50 %, and P4 : protein feed 60 %. Lobster rearing is carried out for 30 days at the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Airlangga University. Analysis of research data used Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and continued with Duncan’s Multiple Range Test with a level of 5% to determine the best results. The result showed that potency of formulated diets with different protein had a significant effect (p < 0,05) on feed consumption and nutrient retention, but had no significant effect (p > 0,05) on feed convertion ratio and feed efficiency.
