Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamic Response of Methylprednisolone in Premenopausal Renal Transplant Recipients

Abstract: Chronic glucocorticoid therapy is prescribed in renal transplant recipients according to empiric dose-tapering schedules, which assume a similar pharmacologic response in men and women.
