Pharmacotechnical Development and Optimization of Multilayered Tablets: An Updated Industrial Review With Emphasis on Bilayer Tablets

Abstract: Fixed-dose combination formulations are multilayered platforms designed for solving complex medication regimens and overcoming polypharmacy problems especially in chronic diseases with geriatric patients.
